Summary: Purchase & distribution of long-shelf life foods (canned & boxed) for the food pantries located throughout the city of Placentia
Placentia's Blessing Boxes are honor system food pantries located in various locations, where those in need can take food and hygiene supplies. Over the past few years, the Boxes have seen a dramatic increase in use. Placentia Rotary will purchase and distribute (stock) canned and boxed foods on a regular basis to all 6 Blessing Boxes, as well as assuring proper maintenance of the Boxes.
