Summary: This project will fund 2 - 3 Career and Technical Education scholarships for one semester.
The Rotary Club of Fountain Hills has responded to raising interest in vocational education by young adults in the local community. Fortunately, Maricopa County has a variety of Community Colleges and technical schools to choose from. Consequently, three years ago we began offering financial support to qualified students for tuition, books, uniforms, lab supplies, etc. The scholarship payments go directly to the educational institutions on a per semester basis. Students who maintain good grades are supported for multiple semesters until they graduate. Thus far 5 scholarship students have earned Associate Degrees or a Certificate of Accomplishment and another 6 are actively working toward graduation.

This project is "Submitted". This means that it needs to be signed by the club leadership. Notifications emails have been sent to these parties with instructions on how to digitally sign this project. Once all the signatures are collected, the status of the project will be automatically changed to "Signed".
