The project aims to address several local needs, including food insecurities, youth education support, senior services, and access to health resources for low-income families and individuals. Funds raised through the event will support local service initiatives such as meal distributions, scholarship assistance, senior wellness programs, and community health outreach. These initiatives were selected based on ongoing community feedback and existing partnerships. The fundraiser is scheduled for September 2025, at the Admiral Robinson Bowling Center. Funds will be used to purchase supplies, provide direct financial support to local service programs, and cover logistical costs associated with implementing Rotary and Lions-led outreach projects. Club members from both organizations plus community organizations will participate in event promotion, registration, volunteer coordination, and donor/sponsor engagement. Members will also assist in project implementation, oversight, and impact reporting to ensure accountability and community benefit.
