Areas of Focus: Disease prevention and treatment, Water, sanitation and hygiene, Maternal and child health, Basic education and literacy
Activity Type:
Health: General
Summary: Nurse's Pantry
This is a new idea brought forward by one of our members and we're still developing the details but the idea is to have a basic needs pantry available to nurses who are visiting low income families specifically women & children. One of our members is willing to have the pantry located in her place of business. This pantry would be stocked with basic needs for the nurses to come and select from to take to these low income moms and kids. Clothing, diapers, formula, baby food, blankets.

Ken,
The District had $18,000 more grant requests than available DDF for the 25 - 26 grant year. In order to meet the available DDF it was determined that we need to reduce the 3 tier levels to the next lower tier or $1,000. I have cancelled your signature process and reduced your DDF request by $1,000. You will need to either reduce the total budget for your grant or increase your club giving by $1,000 so it balances. Once you have made this adjustment please start the signature process again.
If you have any questions please email or call me at 970-629-0654.
