Project Description Country: USA Location: Dana Point Total Budget: $2,998 Area of Focus: Peacebuilding and conflict prevention Activity Type: Education: General Summary: MBSR will have a local artist paint a large and attention getting mural of Rotary's 4 Way Test on a prominent wall of a classroom adjacent to the schoolyard Rotary is "the best kept secret" and we want to publicly publicize Rotary's code of ethics, the 4 Way Test. MBSR members want to advertise our 4 Way Test by having an artist paint a large, attention getting mural on the wall of a classroom building adjacent to a classroom building at Palisades Elementary school in Dana Point, CA. We will select a talented artist and meet with school administrators to arrange to paint the mural. This will be completed by Spring of 2026. We will match DDF funds to hire the artist and purchase supplies to complete this project with 5-7 MBSR members and 5-7 MBSR Interact students.
