Summary: Senior apartment unit rehabilitation for a needy senior in Brea, CA, USA
The BREAL Senior Apartments is a non-profit, 30 unit, ultra low-income senior apartment building that was built and funded by the Brea Rotary Club in 1980. This unit housed a resident for over 20 years that has recently passed away. The unit needs significant rehabilitation: new flooring, paint, light fixtures, bathroom vanity, plugs, sliding glass door, etc. so it can provide housing for another needy senior.
