Summary: Rotarians will mentor students from local middle and high schools to prepare them for career success

Many local youth are not clear on their goals for future careers, while Rotarians have invaluable college and career experience that could be of tremendous value. The current program will provide supplies and materials for mentoring youth in several middle and high schools in the Escondido area, to include career field trips, resume writing and job application assistance, dress for success programs, and mock interviews. Mentoring of individual students will be an integral part of this program.

The current program aims to directly serve 75-100 students at 3 Escondido high schools and 3 Escondido middle schools. 7-10 Escondido Rotary Club After 5 Rotarians will be directly involved.
