The Rotary Club of Chula Vista Eastlake is undertaking a multi-phase project to support Casa Hogar Infantil Uriel- AC, an orphanage in Tijuana, Mexico. Phase 2 aims to further improve the living environment and educational opportunities for the children at Casa Hogar Infantil Uriel. This phase focuses on refurbishing the orphanage's computer room and providing new furniture. The goal is to create a functional and welcoming space where children, ranging in age from 2 to 17, can access computers and enhance their learning experiences. This project highlights the commitment of the Rotary Club of Chula Vista Eastlake to community service and its dedication to providing a better quality of life for the children at Casa Hogar Infantil Uriel-AC
Members are directly involved in the project
through hands-on activities, such as painting and building furniture
for the revamped computer room.
The project will need several visits and is expected to be completed no later than June 2026.
