General objective To conditions technological spaces for the training of people with disabilities in order to incorporate them into the work, social and family environment belonging to the municipality of Yumbo, Valle del Cauca. PROJECT DESCRIPTION: The project consists of comprehensive training people with disabilities in technological matters, enabling social, family and work inclusion and competitiveness, which will reduce the risk of exclusion and vulnerability of the rights of people with disabilities in the Municipality of Yumbo, Valle del Cauca.
